Helpdesk Upgrade Complete!

Helpdesk Changes
Due to a software upgrade, our helpdesk software now looks slightly different.
Remember that you must sign in using your ACM username and password to submit new tickets.
All of your previous tickets will remain available for review after you successfully log in.

Optional Training
Although the changes are very small, we will offer optional refreshers on how to use the online helpdesk.
The following trainings have been posted for this week: 

Tuesday, January 24                       2:00 PM - 3:00 PM            T-3
Wednesday, January 25                11:00 AM - 12:00 PM       T-3
Thursday, January 26                      3:00 PM - 4:00 PM            T-3
Friday, January 27                            3:00 PM - 4:00 PM            Distance Learning (All Campuses)

Additional training times will be coordinated as needed.
